Your skin acts as a road map to what's going on inside your body. I love that! That means if my skin is acting up, something inside me is acting up and I need to address it. Different areas of your face represent a different organ inside your body. For example: Under your eyes represent the kidneys. Anything around the eyes (dark circles, dryness) point to dehydration. So I would recommend to drink up (in this case, water not tequila)! As women, we tend to get breakouts on our chin when it's that time of the month or if we are having hormonal changes...especially stress and lack of sleep. So I would recommend to lock up your diet(dial in your nutrients), make sure you are drinking enough water, get some good sleep, make sure you are exfoliating and keep your skin really clean!
