Group Gut Healing

I am thrilled to share some exciting news about the next steps in our journey towards optimal health and healing for our microbiome. If you're reading this and thinking "What is microbiome?"... check out my blog post which is a quick crash course in what you need to know!

Group Class Details:

• BiomeFx Stool Kit: Each of you will get a BiomeFx stool kit shipped to your home.  

Three Live Zoom Calls (times are PST): 

• 8/27 6pm: A quick meet and greet to connect with each other and map out our exciting journey.*
• 9/24 6pm: We’ll dive into our lab results, cover the basics of each section, and you will get a personalized diet and supplementation recommendations.  
• 10/29 6pm: We’ll reconnect to share our wins and celebrate our progress together.

*You must have your kit for the first call. I recommend ordering no later than August 19th.

To order your kit:

1. Go to this website 
2. Fill out registration form (you need all fields filled out) 
3. Accept all four legal documents
4. Once you get into the store, go to right hand side where it lists product categories. The first thing listed should be BiomeFX labs, click that.
5. Select the blue gut microbiome kit (do not select the purple vagina kit)
6. Fill out the registration - leave the check box UNCHECKED which asks if you already have a biomefx collection kit.
7. Do this by 8/19 to ensure that you have your kit in time for the first session.
